rhondacrockettYesterday, I banged my head off a brick wall. Repeatedly. Which might have been more productive than what I actually did do, which was to read Hayden White's Tropics of Discourse, which was one of the books suggested to me at my differentiation. It has no direct relevance to my project; I think the idea is that it's supposed to teach me how to think in a particular way. But it's hard to think when you're running to the dictionary every other sentence. And when I finished, it boiled down to admitting that you don't have a clue what you're talking about and you're probably completely wrong anyway; also, something about whether your rhetoric was metaphorical, metonymic, synecdochal or ironic. Yes. Thanks. That really helped. *Goes back to productively banging her head off the wall*

But... I don't like coffee. (Well, ok, I like the smell of it.) I don't have sex. I don't travel a lot. I've already covered "writing" in my interests. Ditto with "books", "mythology" and "music", and I hate when people repeat themselves. And everybody should be interested in sleeping!

Hmm, I'm noticing a distinctly American bias in that meme. Come on people, you're not the only country in the world! :P
The "emotionally reserved", "older lover" and "happy with coffee dates" statements are right on the money. The seduction section is untested as yet, but I hope the "calculating" and "cheating" parts turn out to be false. The "marriage" thing is waaaaaaaaay off, as is the "looking for a rich lover" part. I'm not sure about the rest.
I don't fit the Capricorn type. We're supposed to be business-minded and practical, but I'd rather daydream about impossible things, and the word "business" makes me break out in hives.
