Aug. 3rd, 2005 11:30 amThat stupid cramp I had on Monday still hasn't completely gone. My right calf hurts when I get up to walk after being still for a while, and I'm constantly nervous that it's going to seize up on me again. It's not nice, being unable to trust your own legs. I don't like to go swimming when it's like this in case that sets it off, but I want to go swimming cos it's fun! *caught between a rock and a hard place* And I want to see if I can swim the full length again or if it was all a one-off.
Comic books are goooooooooood. Hmmmmm, tastes like chicken! No, wait, maybe it's strawberry... It's official; I'm hooked. 'Course I had no doubt about that. This particularaddiction interest has been a long time gestating. I blame Saturday cartoons, movies, SFX and all my comic-reading friends. You did this to me! *shakes fist*
For those of you who read those opening-the-wrong-road-round manga comics: what way round are you supposed to read them? I mean, obviously you begin at what in the West would be the back of the book, but then, do you read the right-hand page first or the left? And does it go top to bottom all the time or does it swap around? I was browsing through some manga books and couldn't get the story to make sense at all.
I went through my archives yesterday and tagged nearly every entry I've ever made. My search for the puppy entry made me realise how useful tags could be for cross-referencing and searching. My LiveJournal is now fully tag-functional hah! *tags*
