Another "last night plus survey" post

Last night I went to bed early, at about 9 o'clock, because I've been going to bed very late and not getting enough sleep. I wake up at what I think is 7, 7.30 in the morning, needing the toilet. I'm pissed off at this because I feel so awake. As I'm settling down to try and sleep again, I finally look at my clock.

It's 20 to 1.

Considering how tired and sleepy I have been feeling, for over a week now, I should not be feeling so awake at that time, even if I have gone to bed extra early. >:(

Oh yeah, and this morning, as I started to wash my face, I got a nose bleed. What the hell? This has happened before - start to wash my face, suddenly the water's all bloody and I'm trying not to drip on my pyjamas or the carpet - and I can't figure it out. The bleed never lasts for long, and it's not like I've hit my nose or anything. Maybe the hot water makes a small blood vessel break? But this is a recent development, which only started happening while I was still living in Ulsterville, so if it was a weak blood vessel, shouldn't this have happened before now? What gives?
